2. Services

BUCKEYEBLENDZ provides professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and related grooming services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on stylist expertise and scheduling.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1 Booking

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.

3.2 Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future appointments.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or shorten your appointment time to accommodate other scheduled clients.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.). Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

4.2 Pricing

Service prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be provided upon scheduling or at the time of service.

4.3 Gratuity

Tips are appreciated but not required. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders
• Inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
• Treat our staff and facilities with respect
• Follow health and safety protocols as required

6. Health and Safety

We maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene. All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients in accordance with state health regulations. Clients with contagious scalp conditions or lice will not be serviced and appointments will need to be rescheduled.

7. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues. Complaints made more than 48 hours after service may not be eligible for corrections.

8. Photography and Content

We may photograph our work for promotional purposes including social media and our website gallery. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or used, please inform us before your service. By allowing photography, you grant us permission to use images featuring your hairstyle in our marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

BUCKEYEBLENDZ and its staff will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, irritations, or other adverse effects resulting from services provided, unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to service.

We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

10. Conduct and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment of staff or other clients, or failure to follow health and safety protocols. Repeated violations may result in permanent service denial.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BUCKEYEBLENDZ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party services (scheduling platforms, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
